Beaver charity event raises almost £2800 for Ukraine

Beaver Pest Control has raised almost £2800 for the Ukraine Disaster Appeal after organising a successful 7 a-side football tournament for teams within the pest control industry.

The tournament was organised by David Pullinger, the Service manager for Beaver Pest Control and was played on Sunday 29th May. Beaver entered 3 teams and the other teams playing were Cleankill, Great Expestations, New Enterprise Pest Control and J G Pest Control.

David Pullinger said, ‘The weather on Sunday at the Tooting and Mitcham Stadium was perfect for football, and we enjoyed a great BBQ too by Adrian Manolanche, where the leftover food items went to Epsom and Ewell Food Bank. On behalf of Beaver, we would like to say a massive thank you to all of those companies that sent teams and also to everyone who donated including Killgerm Chemicals, Pestfix and 1 ENV and many individuals.’

A huge congratulations to all players involved, and special congratulations to the winners of the tournament, J G Pest Control, who beat Beaver Blue in the final 2-0.
